This private practice is dedicated to helping clients cultivate a balanced, fulfilling, and authentic life through a holistic and intuitive approach. Rather than focusing solely on "right vs. wrong" or isolated issues, the work emphasizes self-awareness, acceptance, and the development of practical tools that already exist within each individual. Therapy sessions are designed to address core concerns while fostering emotional, mental, and if desired spiritual well-being. Areas of focus include stress and anxiety reduction, identifying and shifting unhealthy patterns, enhancing motivation, building purpose, and creating sustainable routines. Recognizing that reaching out for support can be challenging, a free 15-minute phone consultation is offered to ensure a good therapeutic fit and to support clients in taking that important first step.
